The cheese for today’s review is an aged Wisconsin gouda, made from milk made from grass-fed cows.

Overall, this was a pretty solid cheese. It’s rich, soft, and fairly flavorful for a gouda. It’s pretty basic I guess, but you can certainly tell that it’s a high quality product, creamy and delicious.
